ERP without the army.

ERP implementations are famous for doubling — in months, in headcount, in budget. The junior army is why. We run them with architects and AI instead, and the difference shows up on your invoice and your go-live date.

What it is

The traditional ERP engagement is the pyramid at its purest: a partner who attends steering committee, a solution lead who attends design sessions, and a floor of junior consultants doing configuration, data mapping, and testing — many of them seeing the product for the first time on your project. Every workshop produces billable follow-up. Every mistake is billable rework. The structure guarantees it.

Guided Logic implements ERP with a handful of senior architects who have shipped these systems for years, and AI doing the labor the junior floor used to do. The architect designs your processes and configuration; AI executes the mapping, conversion, test generation, and documentation under their direction. Fewer people, more of whom have done this before — and a system built to a spec you approved, not discovered in sprint reviews.

What you get

  1. Implementation blueprint Process designs, configuration specification, migration strategy, and integration plan — approved before configuration begins.
  2. Configured system with decision log Every configuration choice recorded with its rationale, so year-three administrators aren't archaeologists.
  3. Data migration with reconciliation evidence Converted data plus the proof: record counts, balance reconciliation, exception registers — auditable, not asserted.
  4. Cutover and enablement A rehearsed cutover runbook, role-based training built from your configuration, and hypercare with the architects who built it.

Architect + AI, applied here

Data migration alone burns thousands of junior hours on any pyramid-run ERP project: field-by-field mapping, conversion scripts, test loads, defect triage. Our AI does that work at machine speed — mapping legacy fields, generating and running conversion, producing reconciliation reports on every load — while the architect rules on the judgment calls: what the data means, which records matter, what clean looks like. Test scripts are generated from the configuration spec itself, so coverage tracks scope instead of tester stamina.
